M nchen, 21. November 2018 - Urlaub ohne die Eltern auf einer einsamen Insel - Ist das nicht aufregend? Dass der Aufenthalt im Ferienlager jedoch so abenteuerlich wird, h tten die besten Freunde Oscar und Hedgehog nie gedacht. Am 1. Dezember startet die erste Staffel von Summer Camp Island als deutsche TV-Premiere bei Cartoon Network. Die zwanzig 11-min tigen Folgen gibt es immer samstags und sonntags um 11:50 Uhr zu sehen.
Der sch chterne Oscar traut sich zum ersten Mal Urlaub ohne seine Eltern zu machen und f hrt in ein Sommercamp. Seine beste Freundin Hedgehog ist zum Gl ck auch mit dabei. Als w re das nicht schon Abenteuer genug, verl uft dort alles ganz anders als erwartet. Die Insel ist ein magischer Ort, an dem Gegenst nde sprechen k nnen und Monster zu Besuch kommen. Die beiden Freunde entdecken mit der Zeit immer mehr au ergew hnliche Dinge: Da gibt es zum Beispiel eine Hexe, die alle abscheulichen Monster in niedliche Monster-Babys verwandelt, eine magische T r, die zu einem anderen Universum f hrt, und einen Treibsand mit dem die beiden durch die Zeit reisen k nnen. Au erdem wird das Camp von drei Teenager-Hexen geleitet, die ziemlich fies werden k nnen. F r den sch chternen Oscar und die fr hliche Hedgehog ist das zu viel Aufregung auf einmal. Da soll nochmal einer sagen, Ferienlager w ren langweilig!
Summer Camp Island ist eine Eigenproduktion der Cartoon Network Studios. Hinter der Serie steckt die britische Drehbuchautorin Julia Pott, aus deren Feder auch einige Folgen der Emmy-pr mierten Erfolgsserie Adventure Time - Abenteuerzeit mit Finn und Jake stammen.
