RTVE share their experiences with Ultra High Definition 4K Summit Spanish TV takes a look at six years of production experience in 4K and presents his last two projects: the Murillo, the joy of Baroque (still unused) series and recording at 100 fps of a report on the Spanish athletes Rhythmic gymnastics.

The Spanish Radio Television Corporation (RTVE)As Spanish public broadcaster at the forefront of experimentation in content production in Ultra High Definition, it is very present in the 4K Summit held this week in Malaga.

At the World Summit of UHD, RTVE are sharing their experiences with professionals in developing projects since 2012.

Luisa PenabazThe Department of Cultural Programs of TVE, has been in charge of presenting these pioneering experiences. The Corporation first produced in 4K in 2012 a short film was presented at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

In 2013, he produced the documentary Passion Prado It is making a tour of more than 400 paintings 4K recorded for the first time.

At IBC 2015, he released his first production in Dolby HDR a documentary shot in the Granja de San Ildefonso.

A year later, it carried out production The Queen. Art between beats which is about artists, works and visitors to the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sof a like never before had done, through the HDR and 4K color space WCG. Don Quixote, 4K The documentation department of RTVE has launched an ambitious project to rescue works shot in 35mm. flagship public television. The first of these remastered in 4K HDR is the series The Quijote directed in 1992 by Manuel Guti rrez Arag n and starring Fernando Rey and Alfredo Landa.

The scanning technique used by RTVE give new life to the invaluable documentary and places RTVE Spanish TV as a pioneer in the art audiovisual companies worldwide.

Murillo, the joy of baroque The Summit 4k Malaga has also served to present the latest project in 4K RTVE. This is the series Murillo, the joy of baroque (Still unused) rolled over this year at numerous locations and reflects life and work of the greatest artist of the nineteenth century.

Marcos Hernandez, co-author of the documentary, presented a fragment of this work coincides with the 400th anniversary of the Sevillian painter, which can be enjoyed in the Demo Area 4K Summit until Friday 9 at the Polo Digital Content M laga .

Another new RTVE this year has been the 4K recording 100 frames per second report on the Spanish athletes of Rhythmic Gymnastics.

Area director of Broadcast and Networks, the area of Innovation RTVE, Adolfo Mu oz and the head of the unit DTT Planning and satellites, Miguel Angel Bona, have shown a piece of reportage and explained the characteristics of the recording, a the first made in Europe at 100 fps.
