Polar appoints Andrew Plunkett

UK distributor Polar has announced Andrew Plunkett as its business development manager for public address/voice alarm with a focus on large-scale stadium installations.

Plunkett joins Polar from audio integrator TG Baker, where he worked for 15 years on design and distribution of public address, voice reinforcement and voice evacuation equipment.

He has experience in project management roles and has worked across industrial, leisure, education and large-scale stadium installations. As part of his role at Polar, he will liaise with new and existing customers and apply his system design expertise to help introduce the commercial ranges in Polar's portfolio to organisations whose core business is not necessarily focused on audio installation.
