BURBANK, CA - May 16, 2014 - SOCALCONNECTED, KCETs Emmy and Peabody Award winning series, examines the problem of mislabeled seafood in the segment Fishing for the Truth. When is tuna fish not really tuna fish? One conservation group found more than half of the fish sold in Southern California is incorrectly labeled. SOCAL CONNECTEDs science journalist Cara Santa Maria visited the historic Dory Fleet Fish Market to find out how to determine what youre getting when you buy fish.
