After a successful 2023 SVG Venue Summit at UBS Arena in March, the annual event catered to in-venue production professionals is heading west to the home of Super Bowl LVII, Allegiant Stadium, on Monday, March 4. Filled with engaging discussions, informative case studies, and opportunities to network, the day is sure to be one of the highlights on SVG's packed calendar of events in 2024. One of the NFL's newest venues, this building has become the center of a new burgeoning sports town in Las Vegas. Opening during the COVID-19-impacted NFL season of 2020, the venue is an important piece to the league's next wave of hyper-active and tech-focused stadiums. This year's event will place this building in the spotlight as well as digest the latest advancements in in-venue technology, creative videoboard content, and best practices for gameday entertainment.

9:00 - 10:00 a.m.: Registration and Breakfast
10:00 - 10:05 a.m.: Welcoming Remarks
10:05 - 10:40 a.m.: Las Vegas Raiders Provide Tech Roadmap of Allegiant Stadium
After heading to Las Vegas, the Raiders have staked their claim as a must-see destination in a city with a ton of options. After three years in their new home, the crew has gotten comfortable with the technology at their disposal and have elevated their production quality to new heights. Members of the club's production team take you back to when the stadium was first put together, the challenges that were navigated to bring their control room up to speed, the special elements and activations seen on a typical gameday, and more.

10:55 - 11:35 a.m.: Local Venues Fire Up the Entertainment Capital of the World
Sports in Las Vegas are only one option in a city with endless opportunities for fun. Local professional and collegiate teams around the area discuss how these creative ideas, along with high-quality technology, help them stand out.

Stadiums are gradually implementing new systems for increased connectivity. Whether it's 5G, DAS, or Wi-Fi 6, experts dissect how this enhanced infrastructure is allowing fans to indulge deeper into the gameday production and technicians to transport video signals and other information with more efficiency.

2:30 - 3:00 p.m.: An Inside Look at the Sphere's Technology, Infrastructure
Not that far from Allegiant Stadium, MSG's Sphere is changing the way patrons are experiencing concerts and other live events. Members from the production and engineering team, along with trusted manufacturers who played a pivotal part, break down how this venue is making an undeniable impact In the business.
3:00 - 3:15 p.m.: Technology Case Study

3:15 - 4:00 p.m.: In-Venue Technology Wrap-Up: A Discussion on 4K, IP, and More
To take gameday shows to the next level, venues around the country are investing in new technologies on the back end. To close out the day, leading vendors offer an update on in-venue workflows, where the industry is at on topics that include 4K, HDR, and IP, and preview how control rooms will continue to work at a high level in the future.
