Following the introduction of the Taurus UCX matrix switcher in 2021, Lightware has developed a robust portfolio across the Taurus product line, each designed to tackle the common challenges of meeting rooms and collaboration environments. USB-C Solutions with Taurus products: Lightware's Taurus devices deliver unmatched USB-C capabilities for diverse applications, from workstations and huddle rooms to large boardrooms. Premiering at ISE 2025, the Taurus UCX-1x1-C40 (Taurus Smart Dock) combines professional docking with control, monitoring and room automation. The Taurus TPN is a convergence of Lightware's Taurus TPX universal extenders and the TPN series extenders. This powerful combination of Lightware technologies elevates the USB-C capabilities of the Taurus into the AV-over-IP ecosystem up to 100 meters.
AV-over-IP Technology: Live demonstrations of AV-over-IP technology will highlight Lightware's versatile 1G Gemini GVN and 10G UBEX solutions, tailored for several applications. Gemini GVN is a virtual matrix system that seamlessly switches audio, video, and USB transmission with unparalleled ease. UBEX delivers uncompressed 4K UHD@60Hz 4:4:4 signal extension with ultra-low latency multistreaming, ensuring seamless performance for demanding environments.
