Ericsson ha nombrado a Arun Bansal director de la reci n creada rea de mercado Europa y Latinoam rica, en l nea con el reciente anuncio de la compa a sobre los cambios en su estrategia de negocio.
Arun tiene una larga y s lida experiencia de negocio y t cnica de los mercados clave y unidades de negocio gracias a sus m s de 20 a os en Ericsson. Previamente, Bansal fue director de la unidad de negocio de Productos de Red desde julio de 2016 hasta marzo de 2017 y director de la unidad de negocio de Radio de 2014 a 2016. Se incorpor a Ericsson en 1995 y ha ocupado diversos puestos ejecutivos en la compa a, incluyendo el de director de la regi n del Sureste Asi tico y Ocean a y el de responsable de Indonesia y Bangladesh.

La reorganizaci n de Ericsson de 10 regiones a 5 reas de mercado y de 4 unidades de negocio a 3 reas pretende incrementar la eficiencia y agilizar los plazos de comercializaci n y respuesta al cliente.
El rea de mercado de Europa y Latinoam rica comprende las anteriores regiones de Europa Occidental y Central, Mediterr neo (que incluye Espa a y ahora tambi n Magreb, Libia e Israel), Europa del Este y Asia Central (con Rusia) y Latinoam rica, incluyendo el Caribe.
Como parte de su nuevo cargo, Arun Bansal seguir siendo miembro del consejo directivo de Ericsson.
