Entre el 29 de noviembre y el 1 de diciembre, Globo estar presente en el Asia TV Forum & Market (ATF) 2017. Para esta edici n, la empresa llevar sus aclamadas series, destacando Bajo Presi n', Carceleros' y Justicia', la cual es una producci n que este a o est nominada en dos categor as al International Emmy Awards. Las obras son ejemplo de la nueva camada de series producidas por Globo, que son el resultado de inversiones en nuevas formas narrativas y producciones innovadoras, las cuales potencian las historias y aportan nuevas perspectivas sobre temas extremamente actuales, como la salud p blica, el sistema penitenciario y los dilemas ticos y morales de quienes se encuentran ante situaciones l mite. Globo tambi n llevar a la feria famosas telenovelas como Totalmente Diva' y A Trav s del Tiempo', adem s de su cat logo, con 16 largometrajes, con obras conmovedoras y divertidas que revelan mucho sobre Brasil.
En Bajo Presi n', una coproducci n de Globo con Conspira o Filmes, la situaci n de la salud p blica en Brasil se ve retratada en la rutina de un grupo de m dicos de un hospital p blico en los suburbios de R o de Janeiro. Ellos deben superar adversidades para mantener a los pacientes con vida en un ambiente con pocos recursos. Durante su exhibici n en Brasil, donde tuvo un gran xito, registr un alcance promedio de 40,2 millones de espectadores por episodio, con 44 millones tan solo durante su estreno. La obra est dirigida por Andrucha Waddington y Mini Kerti, y es el fruto del largometraje hom nimo de Andrucha Waddington, inspirado libremente en el libro Bajo Presi n: La rutina de guerra de un m dico brasile o , de Marcio Maranh o. El autor de la serie es Jorge Furtado, quien escribe los episodios con Lucas Paraizo, Antonio Prata y Marcio Alem o, y cuenta con el asesoramiento m dico de Marcio Maranh o.
En cambio, Carceleros' aborda el sistema penitenciario desde un punto de vista diferente: el del carcelero. La serie es una coproducci n de Globo con Gullane Filmes y Spray Filmes, la cual fue premiada por el Grand Jury en la segunda edici n del MIPDrama Screenings, en el MIPTV 2017. La serie muestra los dilemas y conflictos que viven los oficiales penitenciarios en Brasil. Inspirada libremente en el libro hom nimo de Dr uzio Varela, la serie es protagonizada por Rodrigo Lombardi ( Verdades Secretas e India - Una historia de amor ), quien interpreta a Adriano, un funcionario encargado de la guardia de los presos, que enfrenta a diario las dificultades del encarcelamiento: las suyas y las de los presidiarios.
Justicia', nominada al International Emmy Awards en las categor as Drama Series y Best Performance by an Actress, por la actuaci n de Adriana Esteves ( Avenida Brasil'), cuenta con una construcci n narrativa original y provocadora. La serie atraviesa cuatro historias independientes, ofreciendo una invitaci n a reflexionar sobre cuestiones humanas y valores morales ante situaciones l mite. Durante su exhibici n en Brasil, tuvo un alcance diario de cerca de 41 millones de espectadores y un alcance total de alrededor de 134 millones de espectadores. Su elenco cuenta con estrellas como Adriana Esteves y Cau Reymond (ambos de Avenida Brasil'), Leandra Leal y Marina Ruy Barbosa (ambas de Imperio'), entre otros.
Producciones destacadas tambi n para el cat logo de pel culas de Globo y sus lanzamientos en 2017: El Hijo Eterno, El Bosque que se Mueve, Un Hombre solo y Bajo Presi n, que dio lugar a la serie del mismo nombre.
El Hijo Eterno es una conmovedora historia de amor que sigue la trayectoria de Roberto (Marcos Vera, Mujeres Ambiciosas), un escritor que cree que el nacimiento de su primer hijo marcar un nuevo comienzo en su vida. Sin embargo, la llegada de Fabr cio, un ni o con s ndrome de Down, implica mucho m s que un simple cambio en la vida del escritor. Por otro lado, El Bosque que se Mueve, basada en Macbeth de William Shakespeare, es una pel cula de suspenso que muestra a una pareja en la b squeda desenfrenada del prestigio. Mientras que Un Hombre Solo combina comedia, romance y drama al describir la trayectoria de un hombre que necesita enfrentarse a s mismo para encontrar la felicidad.
