SVG is set to return to Australia to reboot the SVG Australia Summit in partnership with Telstra Broadcast Services. This year's event will be hosted at the Telstra Customer Insight Centre in Sydney on June 1.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic brought the world to a standstill in 2020 we have been waiting for this opportunity: a chance for the Australian sports production community to come together for an afternoon of information exchange and networking. We will celebrate the innovation that has allowed the industry to move forward in challenging times and discuss post-pandemic workflows and the future of the sports TV and OTT landscape.

1:00 p.m.: Welcome to SVG Australia 3.0
SVG and Telstra executives get things started with a quick welcome as the sports production community in Australia has a chance to get together in person.
1:05 - 1:40 p.m.: The Future of Sports Cloud-Based Production
The sport production industry in on the fast track towards virtualizing a lot of technical gear and moving production into the cloud. We'll begin the day by discussing the current state of cloud and virtualized technology and key considerations for making the leap.

SVGW Australia, a joint project between NEP and SVG, was formed two years ago and is making a difference for women working in the business of sport.
