Belden Earns Top Ranking by the Patent Board for Technology Streng

Belden Inc. has topped The Patent Board's latest list for the Industrial Components and Fixtures industry, maintaining its position as the No. 1 ranked innovator. The results were released in the Dec. 10, 2013, edition of The Wall Street Journal.

For the second consecutive quarter, Belden received the highest score for technology strength - a measure that indicates the overall strength of the company's innovation and patent portfolio, considering quality and quantity. The Industrial Components and Fixtures category includes companies that manufacture and produce electrical and plumbing supplies and fixtures, automation and controls systems, welding and cutting equipment, and light fixtures.
