New EcoStruxure Service Plans provide tailored service packages that create bedrock business resilience

Maynooth (Ireland), 22nd July 2021 - Schneider Electric, the leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, today announced a new service offer, EcoStruxure Service Plans. These enriched packages combine traditional services with powerful digital services that are tailored to pinpoint and address specific customer goals, improving performance of electrical equipment and systems.

60% of organisations are now preparing for the future by beginning their digital transformations, part of which means digitising electrical infrastructure. The goal of this digitisation is to strengthen everyday uptime and minimise risk.
Research found that 56% of electrical fires are due to a lack of maintenance. Workforce challenges are also frequently encountered, especially with respect to remote expertise and skills gaps. The new EcoStruxure Service Plans alleviate these issues by providing, in a single contract, a tailored mix of on-site services, digital services, and consulting.
