CINEMARK ANNOUNCES OPENING OF NEW 8-SCREEN MOVIE EATRE IN ADA, OK

PLANO, Texas (December 19, 2013) - Cinemark Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CNK), one of the worlds leading motion picture exhibitors will open a new 8-screen, all-digital movie theatre featuring RealD 3D presentation and stadium seating in Ada, OK on Friday, December 20, 2013. The new Cinemark Ada 8 Theatre will be located at the North Hills Centre off Lonnie Abbott Boulevard in Ada.

The new complex, built only a few hundred feet away from the Cinemark North Hills 6, will showcase enhanced sound systems, and digital presentation in every auditorium and 4 of the auditoriums will be RealD 3D capable. Many of the new holiday blockbusters, including WALKING WITH DINOSAURS 3D, ANCHORMAN 2, 47 RONIN, THE SECRET LIFE OF WALTER MITTY, and SAVING MR. BANKS will be showcased at the new theatre.

Cinemark and Ada have had a special relationship over the years and were proud to open this new theatre just in time for the holidays, states Tim Warner, Cinemarks Chief Executive Officer. The new Ada 8 will offer an exceptional movie going experience which the Ada community can be proud to call their own.

Cinemark is taking the cinema entertainment experience to the next level. The new Cinemark Ada 8 Theatre will offer:

4K digital projection powered by Barco projectors; RealD 3D capability in four auditoriums.

Enhanced, sound systems that will enable customers to hear the movie as the filmmakers intended.

A traditional crew-serve concession stand - offering freshly-popped popcorn, Coca-Cola fountain beverages, favorite candy brands, nachos, and more

Stadium Seating

In order to make movie-going as easy and enjoyable as possible, Cinemark focuses on offering more choices to their customers. For example, the new theatre will feature online Print at Home ticketing, available at www.cinemark.com. This will make it easy for patrons to purchase tickets in advance from the comfort of their home or office. Customers will be able to bypass lines at the box office and go directly to kiosks in the theatre lobby. Also, guests can download and purchase tickets through Cinemarks mobile applications that are available for iPhone and Android phones. Finally, to stay connected, customers can sign up online to receive free, weekly showtime emailers that contain online coupons for discounts at the concession stand and other weekly special offers.
