Banijay Group's Zodiak Kids announces today that it has appointed Biplano as licensing agent in Italy & Spain alongside Sagoo for France for its new pre-school series Lilybuds ahead of its launch in France this Spring on France 5.
The series follows the adventures of a playful community of tiny magical gardeners known as Lilybuds. This fraternity of funny friends, each with a big personality, are united in purpose to tend to the extraordinary garden where they live while caring for all the animal creatures that live nearby.
The 52 x 11' series is produced by Zodiak Kids Studios and is a co-production between France T l visions and Discovery Kids LatAm, who will launch the series later this year. Lagard re has picked up pay TV rights for Tiji. The series has been pre-sold to DeAgostini Editore in Italy for its DeAJunior channel. The executive producer is Zodiak Kids Studios Creative Director Eryk Casemiro and Kate Boutilier (Rugrats, Poppy Cat, The Mr. Men Show) is the head writer.
