LANG AG Expands its Media Server Portfolio with EVS XT

(02/10/2014) During IBC2014 in Amsterdam, EVS and LANG AG announced LANG'S investment in the media server XT3 from EVS.

Therewith, LANG supplements its offer of media servers by a very interesting product especially suitable for broadcast productions. The XT-3 is 4K-capable and unifies highest performance at outstanding capacity. It comes with eight free configurable channels in HD/SD SDI. The operator of the XT-3 has complete control over time delayed editing and broadcasting.

The media server offers a Live-Highlight cut and up to 6-fold live-slow-motion. Thus, it combines state-of-the-art broadcasting and IT technologies with unprecedented possibilities based on its unique loop recording technology .

With these products LANG expands its rental offer for the broadcasting market once more, just after they invested in Grass Valley LDX premiere as well as in LDX XtremeSpeed cameras (latter with up to 6-fold slow-motion-option). This continuous growth of the rental fleet in particular with broadcast products will stay in the focus of LANG, also in the future.
