Big Deahl Productions Forms Strategic Alliance with Resolution Productions Group in Chicago to Form New Vertical Creative Services Powerhouse

BIG DEAHL PRODUCTIONS, an acclaimed commercial production company and home to David Deahl and Todd Klein, among the Top Tabletop Directors in the U.S., has formed a new strategic alliance with Resolution Productions Group in Chicago. The announcement was made today by Rosemary Deahl, Executive Producer/Co-Owner, BIG DEAHL PRODUCTIONS, and Jeff Facklis, Resolution Owner/Executive Vice President.

It became time for us to restructure our presence in Chicago, so the logical solution was to merge our base here in with Resolution Productions Group's facility, says Rosemary Deahl. Our lighting and grip inventory is now available at Resolution, making shooting on their numerous stages a seamless experience. Our new relationship with Resolution will also allow us to enhance the client experience. Clients and their projects will have the advantage of continually evolving since there will be one point of contact throughout the entire production process.

Talks between BIG DEAHL and Resolution began in March 2015. We realized the synergy between our two companies immediately, adds David Deahl, Co-Owner/Director, BIG DEAHL PRODUCTIONS. We've been based in Chicago since 1973, and the mid-West market remains as vibrant today as it ever was. We believe that by setting up this new relationship with Resolution in Chicago, our new and improved service offerings will become even more attractive to our diverse group of clients.

This new strategic alliance with BIG DEAHL will provide us with access to two incredible directors that will definitely be advantageous to future projects, says Resolution Owner/EVP Jeff Facklis. Our new association with David, Todd, and Rosemary - very talented people - now makes us a vertical creative services powerhouse. By combining our lighting and grip inventories, we have definitely elevated our studio offerings, and will now also have, for the first time, motion control capabilities in-house. The opportunity to work with such top notch directors will be a great new asset for our creative team.

Rosemary Deahl continues, Todd Klein's reel has never been stronger - he has been shooting more and more intimate, food-blog style tabletop work. David Deahl has become nationally renowned for having pushed the envelope with lifestyle' tabletop direction and production. Our recent campaigns for clients Sub-Zero and Eggland's Best are good examples of how David masterfully integrates food and live action into highly effective advertising campaigns.

David Deahl adds, More and more clients have been asking us recently to take their projects all the way through to deliverables. With our new association now in place with Resolution, we are completely set up to be vertically integrated in regard to both production and post.
