Douglas Mo Named VP, Sales and Marketing, for AV Solutions Group of Panasonic Enterprise Solutions Company

Panasonic Corporation of North America announced the appointment of Douglas Moss as Vice President, Sales and Marketing, for the AV Solutions Group of Panasonic Enterprise Solutions Company. In this role, Moss heads strategy, development and implementation for all sales and marketing initiatives in Panasonic's audio-visual business, specializing in design and installation of high-end digital signage solutions in the sports and entertainment industry.

A sports industry veteran, Moss leads the efforts to further strengthen Panasonic Enterprise Solutions' industry leadership, by leveraging the company's technological and engineering expertise, end-to-end management of complex corporate projects, providing content creation and delivery, and increasing industry customer satisfaction levels.

Doug brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in developing strong relationships and partnerships in the sports and entertainment world, said Jim Doyle, President of Panasonic Enterprise Solutions Company. His appointment raises Panasonic's profile among key influencers and decision-makers, which will enable us to broaden the scope of our audio-visual business in the enterprise space.

Prior to joining Panasonic, Moss held numerous executive positions in a career spanning more than 30 years in the sports and entertainment industry. He started at Madison Square Garden (MSG) in 1986, as Senior Vice President of Sales for MSG Network. In 1992, he was named President of MSG Network and served in that capacity until December 1994, when he joined the Buffalo Sabres of the National Hockey League as President and Chief Executive Officer, charged with overseeing all aspects of team operations, including the building of Marine Midland Arena (now First Niagara Center). His background in professional hockey also includes senior roles with the International Hockey League, Anaheim Mighty Ducks and as President of the Phoenix Coyotes. Most recently, Mr. Moss was the founder and CEO of MK Solutions Group, a sports and entertainment technology company.
