Dan Akinlolu appointed director of marketing and communications at Pan African Chamber of Commerce --

The Pan African Chamber of Commerce, an organisation aimed at enhancing the economic environment in Africa by creating business opportunities and encouraging entrepreneurship and business friendly policy making, has appointed Dan Akinlolu as marketing and communications director. Akinlolu is the founder and CEO of Media Navigation and Mafrik TV.
CEO of Pan African Chamber of Commerce, Johnny Mutemba said, It is a great privilege to have Mr. Dan Akinlolu included in the executive chamber. Although an honorary executive position, it is exclusive to tactical individuals; and we carefully handpicked key professionals like him to be part of the executive chamber in driving the organisation forward especially because of his judicious and strategic contributions to media development in Africa.
In his capacity as the marketing and communications director, Akinlolu will assist with all of the internal and external communications and marketing strategies for Pan African Chamber of Commerce and its related programmes in Africa and beyond. His experience includes working as EPG editor and corporate content creator for M-Net and MultiChoice Africa. He is an experienced media consultant, filmmaker, media executive and TV producer.
Akinlolu comments, There are quite a lot of young entrepreneurs and business entities that need networking and leveraging to be successful and I want to believe that those are part of the strategic policies I will be developing with the executive team at the chamber using practical approaches in the area of print and electronic media, filmmaking, TV production and even social media ventures. There are new ways of doing business in Africa and we need to explore such opportunities as fast as possible. The organisation is serious and has an effective network across Africa and beyond. I will use this moment to encourage all business organisations, parastatals and entrepreneurs to be part of the organisation.
