PHABRIX boosts customer service and support in the Americas PHABRIX announces the establishment of a new office in the Americas to support LEADER Instruments based in southern California. The new company, PHABRIX Inc provides our Americas customer base with technical product information, configuration advice, product demonstrations, RMA processing and product service. Our American PHABRIX operation will liaise closely with LEADER Instruments and PHABRIX headquarters in the UK.

We are pleased to announce the addition of George Gonos and Donna Mastrianni to PHABRIX Inc.

As President of PHABRIX Inc, George brings a wealth of experience from over 30 years in the broadcast industry. George helped establish the PHABRIX product range in the Americas through his work with Leader Instruments providing unsurpassed customer service and support to our valued distributors and end users.

Donna Mastrianni also joins us from Leader Instruments. Many of you have worked with Donna over the past 8 years and we are very pleased that she has accepted the role of sales and marketing co-ordinator for PHABRIX Inc adding her considerable experience with PHABRIX product distribution to the team.

New PHABRIX Customer Support, Training & Service Center

We are proud to announce the addition of our new Customer Support, Training and Service Center in the Americas. Our new operation is tasked to assist our partner/master distributor LEADER INSTRUMENTS in their pursuit of selling and supporting our PHABRIX products in the Americas.

Orders and invoicing are still handled by our LEADER Master Distributor; the intent for our new facility is to provide expert technical assistance, training services, RMA processing and service to our customers in the Americas.
