Earnings from presentations of Schindlers List on June 23 and 26 will benefit

Plano, TX - Cinemark Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CNK), one of the worlds largest motion picture exhibitors, is pleased to announce the next four films in our Classic Series will feature the works of acclaimed director Steven Spielberg. The films include JAWS on June 2 and 5, RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK on June 9 and 12, E. T. THE EXTRA-TERRESTRIAL on June 16 and 19, and SCHINDLERS LIST on June 23 and 26. Performances will be on Sundays at 2pm, and Wednesdays at two separate show times, 2 pm and 7pm.

All earnings from the June 23 and 26 performances of SCHINDLERS LIST will go to Spielbergs USC Shoah Foundation - The Institute for Visual History and Education, which is dedicated to making audio-visual interviews with survivors and witnesses of the Holocaust and other genocides a compelling voice for education and action.

Steven Spielbergs work as a director is unparalleled. But as a humanitarian and through his endeavor with the Shoah Foundation, his work takes on new breadth and depth. Cinemark is proud to present his films on the big screen, and to partner with his charity by donating all proceeds from SCHINDLERS LIST, states James Meredith, VP, Head of Marketing & Communications for Cinemark Theatres.

Ranked at number 56 on the American Film Institutes 100 Greatest Movies of All Time, JAWS is the film credited with creating the summer blockbuster. The 1981 RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK, ranked 66 on AFIs list, was a collaboration between Spielberg and George Lucas. His follow-up in 1982, E.T. THE EXTRA-TERRESTRIAL, became the highest grossing film of all time and is ranked number 24 on AFIs list. SCHINDLERS LIST, ranked number 8, was Spielbergs first film to win him an Academy Award for Best Director. All told he has been nominated for the award seven times and won twice (SCHINDLERS LIST and SAVING PRIVATE RYAN).
