The National Film and Video Foundation (NFVF), a representative body set up by government to grow and advance the South African film industry, is seeking proposals for an audience research tender.

The NFVF website describes the project as a research report on South African film audiences.

The deadline for submissions is 18 July at 14h00 and a compulsory briefing meeting will take place on 8 July at 11h00.

Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked with the relevant tender number and deposited in the NFVF tender box at the reception area of their offices situated at: 87 Central Street, Houghton. Proposals should also be marked for the attention of the relevant contact person, which, in this case is Aifheli Makhwanya.

Shareholders status/percentages

Valid original Tax Clearance Certificate

Proposals will be judged in terms of the NFVF Supply Chain Management policy, Treasury Regulations and the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA), 2000 (Act No 5 of 2000). The NFVF reserves the right not to appoint or to appoint more than one applicant depending on the strength of the proposal submitted by the applicants.

Late, telegraphic tenders, e-mail tenders and tenders which are not deposited in the respective tender box will not be considered.
