Kabir Bathia, satu nama yang cukup sinonim dalam arena seni tempatan. Drama dan filem yang mendapat sentuhan beliau acap kali berjaya memenangi hati peminat karya tempatan dan ia turut diiktiraf di majlis-majlis anugerah berprestij tanah air. Kini, beliau sekali lagi diberi kepercayaan untuk mengemudi sebuah lagi naskhah terbitan Astro First Eksklusif berjudul Saya Jual Ye Bang , yang dibintangi nama-nama hebat seperti Zizan Razak, Uqasha Senrose, Nadiyah Sahab, Dato' AC Mizal, Idris Khan, Vicha, Bell Ngasri, Ray (JoHaRa) dan ramai lagi. Saya Jual Ye Bang dijangka menemui penonton mulai 14 Mac ini di saluran 480 dan untuk pilihan alternatif, ia turut boleh didapati di platform digital on demand'.
Dari produksi sama yang menggegarkan industri filem negara dengan kutipan pecah panggung untuk filem Hantu Kak Limah , Infinitus Gold Sdn. Bhd. dan Penerbit Eksekutifnya, Gayatri Su-lin Pillai kali ini mempertaruhkan pula sebuah naskhah genre komedi-romantik yang pasti mampu mencuit hati penonton.
Saya Jual Ye Bang mengisahkan tentang Rose (lakonan Uqasha Senrose), seorang pegawai pemasaran yang bercita-cita tinggi, mempunyai seorang suami yang sangat penyayang dan sentiasa merendah diri iaitu Amin (lakonan Zizan Razak), seorang mekanik. Walaupun tidak memiliki kehidupan yang mewah dan hidup dalam keadaan serba sederhana, namun Rose dan Amin merupakan pasangan yang sangat bahagia.
Suatu hari, Rose tiba-tiba diberhentikan kerja di atas kesalahan yang tidak disengajakan. Setelah berbulan-bulan lamanya Rose menganggur, akhirnya Rose ditawarkan kerja sebagai jurujual di sebuah pasaraya, namun pekerjaan itu agak mencabar dan Rose tidak mampu untuk mencapai sasaran jualan bulanan yang dikehendaki oleh majikannya. Pada masa yang sama, Rose turut tertekan dengan sikap rakan sekerja yang dilihat kerap kali memperlekehkannya kerana kegagalan beliau menjual produk syarikat.
Oleh kerana sebuah insiden yang mengelirukan, beliau berkenalan dengan seorang usahawan tersohor, Datuk Jaki (lakonan Dato' AC Mizal) yang mengajar beliau selok belok perniagaan dan cara-cara untuk menjadi seorang jurujual hebat. Dari situ, beliau mengorak selangkah lagi dan terlibat dengan dunia pengacaraan di mana namanya kemudian menjadi sebutan dan popular. Rose mula lalai akan tanggungjawabnya sebagai isteri dan mengabaikan Amin. Pada masa yang sama, pengurus Rose, Mr. Sam (Idris Khan) turut cuba mendekati Rose. Rose kini dalam dilema dan rumahtangganya bersama Amin dilihat semakin goyah. Bagaimana pula dengan Amin yang begitu mencintai isterinya? Nantikan kesudahannya dalam Saya Jual Ye Bang yang bakal menemui penoton mulai Mac 2019.
INFO PENTING BERKENAAN SAYA JUAL YE BANG
1) Saya Jual Ye Bang merupakan kerjasama yang kesekian kalinya oleh Kabir Bhatia bersama Astro. Pengarah hebat kelahiran Mumbai, India ini sebelum ini pernah bekerjasama dalam menghasilkan filem Bisik Pada Langit serta dokumentari istimewa Anak Merdeka yang disiarkan sempena sambutan Hari Kebangsaan tahun 2017. Projek mega terbaharu beliau bersama Astro adalah untuk filem Sangkar yang dijangka menemui peminat pada tahun ini.
2) Keserasian dan sifat bersahaja kedua-dua tonggak utama, Zizan Razak dan Uqasha Senrose memudahkan perjalanan penggambaran yang berjaya diselesaikan dalam masa hanya 12 hari. Keseluruhan penggambaran supertele ini telah diadakan di lokasi-lokasi utama sekitar Kuala Lumpur dan Selangor.
3) Saya Jual Ye Bang mendapat sokongan padu dari Go Shop, perkhidmatan beli-belah gaya hidup pelbagai platform. Istimewanya lagi, penonton berpeluang untuk melihat sedikit sebanyak suasana Go Shop di pejabat dan studio ia beroperasi. Dalam erti kata lain, pemandangan' dan rutin harian di sebalik lensa kamera.
4) Supertele yang berdurasi 100 minit ini merupakan hasil nukilan saudara Nazri M. Annuar dan ia merupakan adaptasi dari filem Taiwan berjudul Ace of Sales (2016) yang diarahkan oleh Li Choi dan dibintangi Bianca Bai, Na-Dou Lin dan Mei-Hsiu.
5) Ini merupakan lakonan sulung pelakon yang semakin meningkat naik, Nadiyah Shahab bersama kedua-dua bintang utama, Zizan Razak dan Uqasha Senrose dalam sebuah telemovie. Ternyata percaturan Kabir Bhatia selaku pengarah menggandingkan ketiga-tiga mereka berjaya.
6) Pengacara tersohor dan versatil, Datuk Aznil Nawawi @ Pak Nil turut membuat penampilan istimewa ketika babak Uqasha Senrose (berlakon sebagai Rose) mengacara di slot Go Shop.
7) Kehadiran pelakon / pelawak yang berasal dari Indonesia dan semakin menempah nama di Malaysia, Vicha atau nama sebenar Refika Novianti Faturohman dalam karekter antagonis dilihat menjadi. Vicha sebelum ini sentiasa tampil dengan aksi komedi dan diangkat sebagai seorang pelawak.
8) Zizan Razak turut menyampaikan lagu runut bunyi khas untuk Saya Jual Ye Bang'. Bertajuk Kau Takkan Tahu', lagu tersebut mendapat sentuhan Alif (Magic Potions) dan Ariz (Talegas Production). Lagu ini diterbitkan Rocketfuel Entertainment Sdn. Bhd.
