House of Lies Promo Wins Award for Sound

After seeing the film Les Miserables, Showtime producers thought it would be funny for House of Lies stars Don Cheadle and Josh Lawson to sing lines Les-Mis style from the hit show and asked Sandblast Productions to add a musical score to the actors' unique a cappella version. The result was comic genius - a minute-long parody, nicknamed Les Mais, which Showtime aired the same weekend as this year's Academy Awards.

Now Sandblast Productions has been awarded the Gold Medal in the 2014 PromaxBDA Promotion, Marketing and Design Global Excellence Awards for their music in the House of Lies promo clip (watch it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=56T3TMkQ0qw).
