Miranda Technologies acaba de incorporar a su portfolio de soluciones, Axino 400, un nuevo elemento que vendr a enriquecer su plataforma de procesamiento y control de loudness Axino basada en IP. La nueva propuesta es ideal como una opci n rentable para broadcasters multicanal que ya distribuyen contenido en formato MPEG.
Axino 400 mantiene el rendimiento de la original Axino 410, que es una soluci n con un alto n mero de canales para loperadores de cable y sat lite, pero en este caso utiliza un servidor que permite trabajar con un menor n mero de canales. Axino 400 permite controlar hasta 40 canales de un dispositivo que encontrar y reparar las irregularidades de control de la sonoridad garantizando el cumplimiento de las preceptivas regulaciones sobre loudness.
Scott Murray , vicepresidente senior de Miranda, ha asegurado que cada vez m s emisoras se ponen en marcha una gran cantidad de canales que requiere un seguimiento y la correcci n en cada canal de audio, para garantizar la calidad de la experiencia y cumplir con los requisitos de loudness . Seg n Murray, esto puede ser costoso para broadcasters de reducidas dimensiones, pero los recursos de Axino garantizan el cumplimiento de audio comprimido en el extremo de la ruta de se al, asegurando que ninguna otra anormalidad se presente de nuevo en los canales de audio que ya se han procesado antes de la distribuci n. Con Axino 400 es posible contar con un procesamiento avanzado incluso en entornos en los que las necesidades de monitoreo sean m s modestas .
Axino 400 lleva a cabo la medici n y correcci n en tiempo real, sin efecto sobre la calidad de v deo. Adem s , el procesamiento de audio puede optimizarse mediante la selecci n de perfiles de control de sonoridad para que coincida mejor con el tipo espec fico de la programaci n y la velocidad de reacci n requerida. Axino 400 graba todo lo que se identifique como problem tico disponi ndolo en una lista de vigilancia . Si el problema persiste, puede utilizar el control de recursos de par metros de sonoridad para corregirlo. El dispositivo tambi n proporciona registros de sonoridad integrales como prueba para los operadores de cable y sat lite que la se al estaba dentro de los l mites.
Este nuevo recurso de la plataforma Axino ofrece dos fuentes de alimentaci n y puertos de entrada de stream de transporte doble con conmutaci n autom tica. La unidad es capaz de operar en modo de backup completo en modo de redundancia 1+1.
