OSN App gives subscribers ultimate control over the OSN Plus HDAllows users to search OSN's massive library of content
Dubai, UAE; March 22nd, 2016: OSN, the leading pay-TV network in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), has launched a new App that offers subscribers effortless access to their OSN Plus HD box with new ways to discover OSN's vast library of content.
Designed to enhance the OSN TV viewing experience, the OSN App's intuitive interface allows subscribers to easily search OSN's extensive library on OSN On Demand and OSN Store, keep track of new channel listings, or search for previously recorded shows, with ease.
The App, designed and developed by Accedo, also allows subscribers to control their OSN Plus HD box remotely using it to activate downloads and schedule recordings of easy-to-find content directly from their iPads.
User engagement is increased further with the App's social media sharing features and the ability to link content with microsites and third-party services such as IMDB.com, which provide a rich source of additional information on OSN shows. The app seamlessly integrates OSN Play and also doubles up as a second remote control for your OSN Plus HD box.
Accessible in English and Arabic, convenience and flexibility is at the heart of the App, allowing subscribers to discover even more content according to OSN's Chief Technology Officer, Mark Billinge.
