Head of Corporate Marketing

Develop, manage and implement a sponsorship brand, competitions and barters strategy, Develop plans for advertising and marketing to raise the company's corporate profile and brand equity, Direct and manage the overall marketing budget.

Develop and implement sponsorship, brand, competitions and barters policy guidelines

Direct, coordinate and manage all the companys sponsorship, brand, competition and barters plans and activities

Direct and manage the organisation of promotional activities, ensuring that they are carried out efficiently, and within agreed budgets.

Manage all internal and external requests for the development and provision of promotional activities as well as maintain stock of promotional materials.

Direct and manage the branding of marketing channels, including the group corporate website.

Establish and manage relevant key stakeholder relationships and collaborate with divisional teams and other relevant departments to coordinate and execute corporate marketing campaigns

Establish a functional Balanced Scorecard focused on the implementation, measuring and management of all corporate marketing activities

Design and oversee implementation of measurement tools to obtain relevant insights into corporate marketing activities and determine return on investment

Ensure compliance to relevant legislation e.g CPA requirements

Effectively manage the corporate marketing team

Education & Experience

Relevant Bachelors' degree in Marketing

Minimum 5 years' experience in similar role

Minimum 5 years' experience in developing and managing corporate marketing strategy implementation

Minimum 5 years people management experience with a proven track record

Sound understanding of the CPA requirements

Solid understanding of Corporate Communication, Events and CSI

Strong project management, finance and administration skills are essential

Computer literacy (Microsoft Office applications)
