With EMG and Gravity Media joining forces earlier this year, the new combined entity boasts more than 100 outside broadcast trucks and flypacks and 40 studios and production facilities across Europe, the Middle East, the US and Australia. In addition, the combined business will have 30 offices across 12 countries, with a total of 2,000 permanent employees. At the combined first IBC Show together, global client director Eamonn Curtin provides an update on the merger while interim group CTO Philip Tidmarsh talks about the tech he's keen to explore at IBC 2024.

To date, the merged company has successfully handled major events like the NFL in S o Paulo and UEFA Euros 2024, showcasing their combined strength and global reach. In addition to these projects hear from Curtin on how the combined entity continues to evolve and from Tidmarsh on exploring new IP technologies, virtualization, and standardizing operations post-merger while engaging with other exhibitors at IBC.
