At IBC, company showcases expanded rental program and new products

This year, Minnetonka Audio Software will focus on their Dolby E workflow for Apples popular Final Cut suite. As the first complete, file-based tool kit for Dolby E, SurCode for Dolby E is a full Dolby E Encoder and Decoder application suite. SurCode for Dolby E delivers faster than real-time processing and easy management of file-based Dolby E assets and their metadata, right in your favorite Windows, Mac or turnkey workstation. Also seamlessly integrating into a tape based environment, SurCode for Dolby Es structured workflow is completely compatible with both HDCAM SR decks and Dolby E hardware. During the show, Minnetonka will provide hands on demonstrations of their streamlined and cost effective Final Cut Pro workflow.

Based on the success of their Dolby E rentals, Minnetonka Audio will announce new rental programs. Software rentals are being extended to include Dolby Digital, Dolby Pro Logic II and their AWE + Master Bundle. This expanded rental plan further lowers the cost of entry for every media production company.
