Guatemalas Iglesia Cristiana Casa de Dios Christian Church to Produce World-Class HD Programming with Grass Valley Live Production Solutions

San Francisco, Calif., March 28, 2013 Iglesia Cristiana Casa de Diosthe largest and fastest growing church in Guatemalahas selected Grass Valley Live Production solutions to outfit its new church in order to produce high-quality programs for church members and viewers. Daily, Iglesia Cristiana Casa de Dios airs Latin Americas number one rated Christian program on TBNs Enlace as well as Daystars Casa de Dios and Noches de Gloria. The programs are seen throughout the U.S., Central and South America, and parts of Europe.
Working with local Grass Valley solutions provider Comtelsat of Central America, Iglesia Cristiana Casa de Dios has begun taking delivery of the components that will make up its new production center which is scheduled to be completed in Q3 2013. These include eight LDX Premire upgradable triax cameras with 3G capable transmission, a Kayak HD production switcher frame with Kayenne XL control panel, a 4-channel K2 Summit 3G media server with AVC-Intra codecs, a 64x64 Concerto routing switcher, and an assortment of GeckoFlex signal processing modules. Comtelsat will support Iglesia Cristiana Casa de Dios with equipment commissioning and staff training throughout the four year agreement.

With uncompromised performance including 1080p50/60, full compatibility with Grass Valleys line of 3G Transmission solutions and stunning 1080p/1080i/720p images, the LDX Series is the industrys most advanced range of cameras. The LDX Series is based on state-of-the-art, third-generation CMOS imagers Grass Valleys Xensium-FT. The LDX Series boasts an ergonomic design with time saving features such as improved color management and automated controls, allowing operators to concentrate on creativity.
