Tracey-Lee Rainers is a seasoned TV producer, writer, script editor and film fanatic! Her experience includes a range of productions such as the award winning travel show Sho't Left, producing and directing the highly acclaimed documentary series Breaking New Ground for SABC 2 and as writer for SAFTA nominated crime series Mshika Shika, Tracey Lee is the proud recipient of the INPUT scholarship which afforded her the opportunity to study at the world's oldest international media organization, The Thomson Foundation.

On her return to South Africa, Tracey-Lee joined the National Film and Video Foundations, SEDIBA programme, as a trainee script editor and has since completed the Masters Programme in script editing and the Sediba International Financing Programme for Producers.

Tracey-Lee has served as Council for the Writers Guild of South Africa, is a proud member of the Documentary Filmmakers' Association and the Association for Transformation in Film and Television. Focused on the conceptualization and development of quality television series, Tracey-Lee has headed up drama series for local companies such as DV8 and is the preferred South African Producer for a range of international companies, having recently partnered with a Brazilian based production company to produce a documentary about the political conversations that occur in South African families.

To add to her credits: Tracey-Lee is the Associate Producer for a local horror flick, Blood Tokoloshe and has served as the story editor for Adze Ugahs entertaining feature, Gog' Helen. She is also one of the mentors for the Durban International Film Festivals Writers Circle focusing on developing and nurturing young African screenwriters.

Tracey-Lee is currently producing her reality television format that focuses on music and culture across the continent.
