Broadpeak Brings Future-Proof Video Delivery Solutions to CABSAT 2021 October 12, 2021 At CABSAT 2021, Broadpeak will highlight solutions designed to improve quality of experience (QoE) for video streaming. Utilizing Broadpeak's advanced CDN solutions, content providers and pay-TV operators can deliver a QoE on par with Netflix and future-proof their video delivery operations.
After not seeing some of our customers, partners, and colleagues face to face for more than a year, we are highly anticipating this year's CABSAT event, said Jacques Le Mancq, CEO at Broadpeak. The nature of video delivery is evolving, and the Advanced CDN, multicast ABR, and ad insertion solutions we'll be showing at CABSAT reflect how Broadpeak is helping customers adapt, improve their video service quality of experience, and boost monetization.
Open, Dynamic and Elastic Advanced CDN Today's content and network service providers need a CDN that can adapt to the context of the situation, while ensuring superior quality. At the 2021 CABSAT Show, Broadpeak will demonstrate how its Advanced CDN, which has already been honored with two prestigious industry awards this year, is future-proofed for video delivery by leveraging an open, dynamic, and elastic architecture.
Openness: to allow the delivery of third-party's content, such as HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, and DAZN.
Dynamicity: to dynamically optimize traffic and QoE. This is done thanks to powerful analytics and a new centralized steering center, constantly controlling a unique set of features including network-controlled ABR streaming technology (S4Streaming), multicast ABR, fast zapping, and diversity multiconnection.
Elasticity: to provide unparalleled elasticity for video distribution. All the features and components on Broadpeak's CDN are available as containers orchestrated via Kubernetes to adapt the topology to the actual consumption.
At the booth, Broadpeak will also highlight how the company's Advanced CDN solution is powering Jawwy TV, the next generation in digital entertainment.
Ad Insertion At CABSAT 2021, Broadpeak will showcase its ad insertion solutions for monetizing live, cloud DVR, and VOD content on every screen. Broadpeak's ad insertion solution includes fast offline ad transcoding, robust security and anti-fraud, and server-side ad insertion capabilities with detailed client-side reporting.
By bringing together the efficiency of mABR for linear distribution with the level of personalization that ABR natively enables, Broadpeak's ad insertion solution allows operators to implement targeted ads on the main screen, where it matters most economically.
Multicast ABR (mABR) Broadpeak will highlight its widely deployed nanoCDN solution at CABSAT 2021. nanoCDN brings scalability and low latency to the live multiscreen video delivery environment. During the show, attendees can see how nanoCDN benefits video service delivery and supports the latest trends in mABR. Broadpeak will show real-world examples including live sports streaming, as well as targeted advertising on all devices and for all types of content.
