France Tlvisions Develops FranceTV Pluzz Multiscreen Offer with Anevia

Anevia, a leader in video streaming and infrastructure solutions for OTT, live TV and Video on Demand (VoD), has announced that French public national TV broadcaster France T l visions chose ViaMotion to power its new multiscreen platform.

Francetv Pluzz is a highly popular TV portal in France, where five premium channels (France 2, France 3, France 4, France 5 and France ) and nine overseas channels content can be viewed and shared on demand. The strategic importance of managing this platform in-house due to time-to-market and technology control purposes led France T l visions to select the ViaMotion Plus from Anevia.

ViaMotion's flexible architecture was a clear driver behind the public broadcaster's decision as it allows them to gain full control over operations and contents internally while easily supporting their multi-CDN ecosystem.
