Fox Corporation announced on Tuesday morning that its new direct-to-consumer streaming service, FOX One, will launch on August 21. The product will debut with a price of $19.99 per month or $199.99 for a year.

FOX One is a package of all of the Fox Corp.-owned networks and media brands which includes sports entities like FOX Sports, FS1, FS2, FOX Deportes, and Big Ten Network. It also includes the FOX Network, FOX News Channel, FOX Business Network, FOX Weather, FOX Local Stations.

We're eager to launch FOX One in just a few weeks and super serve our viewers with the best in live news, sports and entertainment content all in one place, said Pete Distad, CEO, Direct to Consumer, Fox Corporation. In bringing together the full power of the FOX content portfolio in one service, we have created a great value proposition and user experience that will appeal to the cord-cutter and cord-never fans currently not served by conventional pay TV packages.

FOX Nation and B1G+ will also be available in the FOX One platform as add-ons. FOX One can bundled with FOX Nation at launch for $24.99 per month or the equivalent of $19.99 per month when purchasing the annual plan.

The official announcement also stated that FOX One will feature advanced, AI-powered personalization technologies that seamlessly integrate live and video on-demand content in a cohesive experience.
