VSN has added an advanced OCR (Optical Character Recognition) system to VSNEXPLORER, its Media & Business Process Management solution. This way, it is possible to automatically catalogue photographs and images from Web pages, PDF documents and all kind of digital media. With this new feature, VSN's MAM increases performance and adds automatic cataloguing features without requiring user commands or actions. This is a step forward in VSN's goal of automating processes to let the users have more time and better tools to create quality contents.

Optical Character Recognition is a technology that allows to convert and digitize texts that are part of the visual contents that companies manage and to extract metadata in order to adequately classify them. With its integration with VSNEXPLORER, VSN s MAM is now capable of managing these contents without requiring users' supervision, increasing efficiency and workflows speed performance.
