CircleCI has raised $315.5 million since 2011, with this latest round bringing the company's valuation to $1.7 billion.
This round was led by Greenspring Associates with participation from Eleven Prime, IVP, Sapphire Ventures, Top Tier Capital Partners, Baseline Ventures, Threshold Ventures, Scale Venture Partners, Owl Rock Capital, and Next Equity Partners.
