On Sunday 5 February, the music industry's best will gather at the 65th annual Grammy Awards to celebrate music's biggest night.

The ceremony will be held at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.

WHERE TO WATCH THE 2023 GRAMMYS Music lovers from across the globe will tune in to get a glimpse of the action.

The Grammy Awards kick off at 02:00 (SAST) on Monday, 6 February.

South African viewers can, however, watch the ceremony on Monday at 22:00 on 1Magic (DStv 103).

For the latest fashion and hottest red carpet action, viewers can tune in to E! Live from the Red Carpet: The 2023 Grammy Awards at 20:00 on E! (DStv 124).

SA's own, comedian Trevor Noah will host the awards ceremony for the third time.

Every time I go to the Grammys, I discover a new artist that I didn't fully appreciate, that I didn't love for the reasons I should have, Noah reportedly told News24.

WHAT TO EXPECT As always, the hottest music stars from around the globe will vie to walk away with a coveted Grammy Award.

Presenters include rapper Cardi B, pop sensation Olivia Rodrigo, actor Dwayne Johnson, actor Viola Davis, When Harry Met Sally star Billy Crystal, comedian James Corden and Canadian pop artist Shania Twain. US first lady Jill Biden, will also present an award, News24 reports.

Nomination wise, Beyonce is leading the way with nine nominations and will compete against Adele and Harry Styles for the top Album of the Year award.

Kendrick Lamar, Taylor Swift and Bad Bunny are also among the frontrunners.

All eyes will, however, be on SA's own. Singer Zakes Bantwini, flautist Wouter Kellerman and Nomcebo Zikode are nominated for Best Global Music Performance in the Global Music category for their hit, Bayethe.

Viewers can look forward to seeing Harry Styles, Bad Bunny, Mary J. Blige, Brandi Carlile, Luke Combs, Steve Lacy, Lizzo, Kim Petras, and Sam Smith on stage.
