El proveedor de telecomunicaciones Telia ha iniciado una nueva liga de deportes electr nicos en Finlandia a finales de abril. Telia eSports Series utiliza estudios y soluciones de realidad virtual proporcionadas por Broadcast Solutions.
Telia Esports Series est dise ada tanto para los jugadores como para los espectadores, ya que la liga semanal se emite en la televisi n nacional finlandesa e internacional a trav s del canal Twitch. Telia ha puesto en marcha este iniciativa junto a compa a Assembly, y el torneo de salida ha sido el juego de ordenador Global Offensive and the mobile game Value of sand. El premio total en met lico es de 50.000 euros a los que optar n los mejores equipos deportivos de Finlandia.
El uso de los estudios preexistentes y de las instalaciones remotas de la productora Streamteam Nordic y el aprovechamiento de las rentables herramientas de estudio virtual proporcionado por Broadcast Solutions ofrece a Telia un entorno de producci n flexible e individual que se adapta mejor a sus necesidades y permite el m ximo aprovechamiento de la infraestructura existente.
Con el estudio existente y el centro de producci n remota, adem s de las herramientas de realidad virtual, Telia dispone de todos los recursos necesarios para cumplir con su tarea espec fica de hacer de Finlandia un pa s de referencia en eSports.
Recientemente Broadcast Solutions implement un centro de producci n remoto de ltima generaci n con instalaciones de estudio virtual para la producci n del hockey sobre hielo finland s por Streamteam/Telia. Parte de esta infraestructura se utiliza actualmente para producir la serie Telia Esports. Este doble uso subraya una vez m s la flexibilidad del hub y la tecnolog a virtual implementada por Broadcast Solutions. El estudio y la sala de eSports est n situados en una instalaci n de producci n a 2 kil metros del centro de producci n remota. Para el entorno virtual se utiliza la tecnolog a de Broadcast Solutions de la empresa de realidad virtual Zero Density, adem s de la remodelaci n e implementaci n de un conjunto virtual disponible comercialmente.
El estudio se utiliza principalmente para programas de carreras de caballos, cambiando el aspecto del estudio a la configuraci n de eSports en s lo 10 segundos m s el tiempo para cambiar la mesa del estudio, una soluci n r pida y f cil de operar. Como especialidad, durante los programas de carreras de caballos la producci n en el estudio tiene lugar en 1080i50 mientras que el hub y toda la producci n de eSports se lleva a cabo en 1080p50. El sistema de producci n remota hace posible esta transici n de 1080i50 a 1080p50.
