Smart Aktor f r h chste Tragf higkeit: Innovativer Gewindetrieb f r elektromechanische Linearaktoren
Mit einer neuen Bauform und einem neuen Funktionsprinzip erweitert Schaeffler sein Spindelprogramm um einen besonders tragf higen und leistungsdichten Gewindetrieb. Der sogenannte Planetenw lzgewindetrieb PWG erg nzt aufgrund seiner technischen Eigenschaften ideal die Schaeffler Kugelgewindetriebe KGT und Rollengewindetriebe RGT. Durch seine hohe Leistungsdichte kann der PWG sogar hydraulische Antriebe substituieren. Damit komplettiert Schaeffler sein Produktprogramm an Gewindetrieben und bietet hinsichtlich Geschwindigkeit, Genauigkeit und Tragf higkeit die jeweils optimale L sung f r die Anwendung. Der Planetenw lzgewindetrieb PWG ebnet dabei den Weg zum Smart Aktor : elektromechanische Linearaktoren mit h chster Effizienz auf kleinstem Bauraum.
Am Markt haben sich unter den Gewindetrieben der Kugelgewindetrieb und der Rollengewindetrieb etabliert. Zu den herausragenden St rken des Kugelgewindetriebes z hlen die hohe Dynamik aufgrund der gro en Spindelsteigungen, der reibungsarme Lauf sowie die hohe Positionier- und Wiederholgenauigkeit. Kleine Steigungen sind jedoch aus geometrischen Gr nden nicht realisierbar. Der Rollengewindetrieb bietet im Vergleich eine h here Tragf higkeit bei Spindelsteigungen ab zirka 10 mm und eine hohe Positioniergenauigkeit.
Das fehlende dritte Glied ist eine Bauform, die noch h here Kr fte bei kleinen Spindelsteigungen unter 5 mm bietet. Hierf r hat Schaeffler den sogenannten Planetenw lzgewindetrieb PWG entwickelt: Auf der Gewindespindel w lzen sich Planeten mit parallel angeordneten, v-f rmigen Rillen ab. Die Rotation der Planeten bzw. deren Antrieb wird ber die Spindelmutter sichergestellt. Hierzu ist die zweigeteilte Mutter an den Enden ebenso mit Rillen versehen, in die die Enden der Planeten eingreifen. Durch die sehr hohe Anzahl an W lzkontakten erreicht der PWG im Vergleich zu den beiden anderen Varianten die h chste Tragf higkeit und Steifigkeit. Die gute interne Lastverteilung und die optimierte Schmiegung zwischen den Spindelgewindeflanken und den balligen Flanken der Planetenrillen sorgt f r geringe Reibung. Mit entsprechend gew hlten Durchmessern der Planetenrillen lassen sich kleinste Gesamtsteigungen von 0,75 bis zu 5 mm realisieren.
Eine Besonderheit stellt auch das Herstellungsverfahren dar: Spindel und Planeten sind spanlos hergestellt, wodurch eine gute Verdichtung des Materiales im Zusammenspiel mit einem optimalen Faserverlauf, h chste Festigkeiten und damit nochmals eine um 15% h here Tragzahl gegen ber herk mmlicher Technologie erzielt werden. Dieses Herstellungsverfahren reduziert zudem die Kosten auf ein vergleichbares Niveau spanlos hergestellter Kugelrollspindeln. Mit einer Distanzscheibe zwischen den Spindelmutterh lften sind spielfrei vorgespannte Einheiten sehr leicht realisierbar.
Bauraum reduzieren, Leistungsdichte erh hen, Kosten sparen
Der PWG schlie t die L cke zwischen RGT und KGT bei Spindeldurchmessern von 5 bis zirka 30 mm hinsichtlich sehr hoher Tragf higkeit und kleinstm glichen Gesamtsteigungen. Beispielsweise erzeugt der PWG bei einer Gesamtsteigung von 0,75 mm aus nur 40 Ncm beeindruckende 2200 N Axialkraft. Folglich sind auch mit kleinen Motoren sehr gro e Axialkr fte realisierbar. Mit dem Planetenw lzgewindetrieb PWG von Schaeffler lassen sich nun also nicht nur elektromotorische Aktoren mit hoher Leistungsdichte, langer Lebensdauer und geringem Wartungsaufwand entwickeln, sondern auch kosteng nstige Motoren einsetzen. Die Integration des elektrischen Antriebes ist denkbar einfach ber eine Passfederverbindung am Au endurchmesser der Spindelmutter m glich.
Anwendungsgebiete und erste Projekte finden sich in der Solartechnik zur Spiegelnachf hrung, in der Windenergie zur Azimutverstellung, im Maschinenbau als Vorschubeinheit f r die Blechumformung, in Abkantb nken, in Schlie zylindern von Kunststoffspritzmaschinen, in Niet- und Schneidzangen und in Klebstoffdosierpistolen. Bereits in Serie ist der PWG bei Kupplungsaktoren in der Automobilindustrie.
