La filial de Orange, Globecast, ha vendido la totalidad de las acciones de Netia a dos empresarios franceses con amplia experiencia en medios: Anthony Savelli y Vincent Benveniste. Netia es una compa a centrada en soluciones para automatizaci n de emisoras de radio, gesti n y distribuci n de contenidos audiovisuales. Sus soluciones son utilizadas por m s de 20.000 usuarios en 200 instalaciones en m s de 40 pa ses.
Estas soluciones permiten a los productores y propietarios de contenidos administrar el contenido desde la ingesta hasta la entrega, dirigi ndose a puntos de venta multiplataforma, incluyendo Internet, VOD, servicios IPTV y dispositivos m viles.
La adquisici n se ha llevado a cabo a trav s de Radio Act SAS, la empresa de consultor a y servicios fundada por Savelli y Benveniste.
Ambos empresarios superan los 25 a os de experiencia en tecnolog as de la informaci n y medios de comunicaci n y cuentan con una trayectoria reconocida por todo el sector.
