Excaf Telecom upgrading to Conax Contego Broadcast conditional access solution for securing pay-TV content revenues and operational roadmap

The Conax Contego Broadcast upgrade is providing Excaf Telecom with a future-oriented, highly secure platform that supports advanced, flexible, interactive on-demand services and enables a bouquet of rich features, viewing options and services for subscribers, while ensuring that Excaf Telecompay-content revenues are secure.
The new solution, complimented by Conax' advisory role, will help position and secure the Senegalese operator's regional roadmap into the future. The Conax Contego Broadcast solution provides Excaf Telecom with total, state-of-the-art security for one-way operations and comprehensive support for Subscription, Pairing, Fingerprinting and Messaging, with optional support for DRM control and Pay-per-View. Introduction of new consumer offerings such as Video-on-Demand and advanced multiscreen services can be smoothly integrated to the existing platform to support future growth demands.
