Net Insight AB: Net Insights Nomination Committee for 2018 has been appointed

In accordance with the decision of the Annual General Meeting held on May 9, 2017 the members of the nomination committee shall be nominated by the four largest shareholders (voting rights). In addition, the company s Chairman of the Board shall be part of the nomination committee.

Net Insight s nomination committee for the 2018 Annual General Meeting consists of Jan Barchan (Briban Invest), Lars Bergkvist (Lannebo Fonder), Ramsay Brufer (Alecta), Christian Brunlid (Handelsbanken Fonder) and Lars Berg (Chairman of the Net Insight Board). The nomination committee appointed Ramsay Brufer (Alecta) to serve as Chairman of the Committee.

The nomination committee s task is to present proposals to the Annual General Meeting for Chairman of the Annual General Meeting, Chairman of the Board of Directors, members of the Board of Directors and auditors, as well as fees and other remuneration to each member of the board and any remuneration for committee work and audit fees.
