
RAMPA is born, the first open professional network for audiovisual women in Spain Este nuevo directorio que nace para luchar contra la brecha de g nero en el sector con el apoyo de 41 asociaciones y entidades profesionales.
El Festival de Cine por Mujeres ha puesto en marcha RAMPA, la Red Abierta de Mujeres Profesionales del Audiovisual, un directorio interactivo, abierto y gratuito de informaci n para contacto y localizaci n geogr fica de las profesionales y t cnicas del audiovisual (cine / televisi n / publicidad / videojuegos) que trabajan en todo el territorio espa ol.
Esta iniciativa cuenta con el apoyo de 41 asociaciones, federaciones y agrupaciones del sector audiovisual. Entre las entidades colaboradoras del proyecto hay 24 asociaciones de mbito estatal, 3 de Andaluc a, 3 de Canarias, 2 de Galicia, 3 de la Comunidad Valenciana, 2 de Catalu a, 2 del Pa s Vasco, una de la Regi n de Murcia y una de las Islas Baleares. Clasificadas por mbito de actividad, RAMPA ya cuenta con 17 entidades que cubren todo el espectro del audiovisual, 17 especializadas en cine, 3 en videojuegos, 2 en publicidad, una en televisi n y una en realidad extendida.
RAMPA se perfila as como una herramienta fundamental para fomentar la especializaci n profesional de las mujeres, favorecer su inclusi n en el mercado laboral en puestos que no est n feminizados o que sean exclusivamente de servicios.
La plataforma pretende ayudar a vertebrar paritariamente un sector muy atomizado, combatir su discriminaci n hist rica, ya sea estructural y/o difusa, mejorar las condiciones de visibilidad de las mujeres e incrementar su oferta profesional para que se produzca una efectiva igualdad de oportunidades entre hombres y mujeres en un mbito profesional muy disgregado que, adem s, sufre de una notable fragmentaci n sectorial y de una gran dispersi n geogr fica. Esta problem tica queda manifiesta en la visible diseminaci n de asociaciones t cnicas y territoriales que tienen poco contacto entre s .
Hasta hoy no exist a en Espa a ninguna base de datos abierta que tuviera en cuenta a todas las profesionales y t cnicas que participan en las diferentes especialidades en cualquier punto del territorio espa ol, ya sea en el cine, la televisi n, la publicidad o los videojuegos.
RAMPA nace para cubrir esa carencia al ser un directorio interactivo espec fico que facilita la b squeda de mujeres del audiovisual con el objeto de que los distintos organismos, agencias, productoras, televisiones, empresas, entes y dem s estructuras de la industria de todo el mundo puedan contactarlas y adoptar medidas de acci n positiva para la creaci n de empleo femenino.
Mediante 37 categor as y 285 subcategor as laborales el directorio permite encontrar los perfiles que mejor se adaptan a cada producci n audiovisual y propiciar el intercambio laboral, cultural y art stico entre las mujeres de la industria audiovisual. Adem s, esta herramienta va a favorecer la internacionalizaci n de las mujeres del sector, puesto que la proporci n de rodajes a cargo de compa as extranjeras y el desarrollo de coproducciones aumenta de manera constante en todo el territorio espa ol y de esta forma tendr n un lugar donde localizarlas.
Las mujeres profesionales y t cnicas del sector audiovisual que se registren como usuarias, ya sean consolidadas o j venes promesas, pueden mostrar su trabajo publicando sus fotograf as, CV, contacto, links a ejemplos de trabajos anteriores: clips, bobinas o demo reels, calificaciones y recomendaciones. Adem s de favorecer la generaci n de empleo este hub profesional va a permitir recoger datos reales y fiables sobre las mujeres profesionales del sector.
