Fujifilm appoint new Territory Manager, South West

Fujifilm is a pioneer in diagnostic imaging and information systems for healthcare, with a range of constantly evolving, clinically proven, products and technologies designed to assist medical professionals perform efficiently and effectively. Following continued growth the company has appointed a new Territory Manager for the South West region.

Peter Leigh joined Fujifilm in November 2014 and brings a wealth of experience to his role, having started his career at Manchester Royal Infirmary, where he gained an ONC in Medical Laboratory Sciences which lead to him specialising in Histology and Cytology. Following this, Peter moved into pharmaceutical sales with Smith & Nephew and then radiology, working for key market leaders including Schering Healthcare, Medrad and Philips.

He said of his recent appointment: Having spent many years in the medical industry in a variety of roles and sectors, I've found radiology to be a fascinating and fast evolving technology that I want to be part of.

Peter continued: The position at Fujifilm is an exciting step for me, as it gives me the opportunity to capitalise on my previous radiology experience to promote and enhance sales of the portfolio of Fujifilm products.

Adrian Waller, National Sales Manager at Fujifilm also commented on Peter's appointment: Peter has a good mix of knowledge and experience having worked in both clinical and corporate environments. This stands him in good stead to deliver a great service on behalf of Fujifilm throughout the South-West and Wales, which is just what we were looking for.
