Finalists Cerner, Safelite, Solis Mammography, and TechnologyOne selected from dozens of customers who are changing the world with data
SUNNYVALE, Calif. - September 07, 2017 - NetApp (NASDAQ: NTAP), the data authority in a hybrid cloud world, today named Cerner, Safelite, Solis Mammography, and TechnologyOne as NetApp Innovation Award finalists. Selected from submissions from around the world, the four finalists were chosen based on how their use of NetApp technology contributes to the delivery of extraordinary business outcomes.

Cerner: Saving lives with real-time patient data
Cerner leverages platforms and applications that empower organizations to better know, manage, and engage with patients. The IT leader has implemented multiple data-management tools, including NetApp OnCommand Insight, to analyze and predict abnormalities before a healthcare provider is affected.
Life-saving solutions like Cerner Patient Observer, St. John Sepsis Agent, and others rely on data from Cerner's Millennium electronic health record system, which connects patients' health information across more than 25,000 facilities worldwide. From the exam room to the operating room, healthcare providers rely on Millennium for instantaneous access to a lifetime of data to make split-second decisions.
Safelite: Delighting customers while fixing windshields
Safelite is the largest auto glass specialist in the United States, serving more than 6 million customers every year. Safelite is focused on making it easier than ever for its customers to book repairs and track the arrival of service technicians through phone, web, and mobile technologies.
Today's windshields are packed with state-of-the-art technologies-everything from rain sensors to embedded heaters. With the number of cars and the complexity of windshield technology growing quickly, Safelite expects 100x data growth over the next three years. Solis Mammography: Increasing access to life-saving mammograms
The largest independent provider of breast imaging services in the United States, Solis Mammography is saving lives with data.
