Las Vegas, NV (April 9, 2018) - The Telos Alliance TV Solutions Group (TVSG) is continuing to bring innovative AoIP solutions to the broadcast and production industries with the newly released Telos Infinity IP Intercom. On display this week at NAB 2018 (booth #SU2321), the award-winning Telos Infinity IP Intercom is the first in a new series of Telos Infinity solutions that provide superior functionality in a simplified, more elegant form for distributed IP network systems.

More than just a talkback system, the new Telos Infinity IP Intercom converges voice communication and contribution audio on a single IT backbone employing the latest standards-based VoIP and Livewire+ AES67 AoIP transport. It replaces outmoded matrix technology and provides dedicated features and functionality without compromise or limitations.

The Telos Infinity IP Intercom sets new benchmarks in performance, versatility and cost-efficiency to unleash the full potential of distributed IP audio infrastructure, said John Schur, President of The Telos Alliance TV Solutions Group. Our new Telos Infinity IP Intercom, along with our standards-based portfolio of Livewire+ AES67 solutions, unlock the power of AoIP to enable more efficient workflows and an enhanced audio experience.

Being matrix-free allows plug-and-play networked hardware and software devices to be added to the system as part of a planned or ad-hoc change, without ever worrying that the number of available ports on a matrix might be exceeded. Any networked audio endpoint can be accessed through the Telos Infinity Dashboard software and made available wherever needed - internally or on-air. And because Telos Infinity IP Intercom natively supports Livewire+ AES67, it seamlessly connects with TVSG's AoIP products as well as those from other supporting manufacturers.

Telos Infinity IP Intercom also easily integrates into existing analog, AES, SDI, and MADI systems using Telos Alliance xNode baseband-to-IP interfaces and other AES67 partner devices. This allows users to retain parts of their existing audio infrastructure and easily realize the many benefits of a new AoIP system.

The Telos Infinity IP Intercom system includes rack-mounted Intercom Master Panels, rack-mounted Master Expansion Panels, Master Desktop Stations, wired Dual Channel Partyline Beltpacks, and Dashboard Software in Basic and Premium versions.
