Dailymotion, one of the world's biggest video platform is partnering with the European Gaming League (EGL), one of Europe's biggest E-Sports gaming leagues.

EGL is based in Europe, but primarily played in the United Kingdom. It hosts competitive gaming events and tournaments for 40 million competitive gamers, who compete in live tournaments for cash prizes and the ultimate accolade of being an elite player.

The partnership with Dailymotion will show weekly streams and online events around the game Call of Duty. These events include EGL 12, a LAN event held recently in Sheffield gathering the best European teams and the Stars Series where the best EMEA teams are competing against each other in a weekly championship.

Further games will follow later this year including Defence of the Ancients 2 and League of Legends.
