Benchmark-Lager- und Antriebsl sungen f r die Rundachse
Schaeffler bietet nicht nur jeweils eine Lagerbaureihe f r ein Leistungsspektrum an, sondern verschiedene und auf die jeweils priorisierte Eigenschaft optimierte Baureihen. Zus tzlich werden auch kundenspezifische L sungen entwickelt. F r die Kunden ist diese breite und zugleich tiefe Aufstellung eines Kompetenzpartners der Garant f r die jeweils technisch und wirtschaftlich beste L sung. Deutlich wird das anhand der neuen L sungen f r Pr zisions-Rundachsen und Rundtische, die zur EMO 2015 vorgestellt werden: Lager, Winkel-Messsysteme und Direktantriebe.
Rundtischlager-Baureihen - Top Performance f r alle Anwendungsf lle
Das Axial-Radial-Zylinderrollenlager YRTC ist im Hinblick auf die Kippsteifigkeit technologief hrend. Im Ergebnis werden h chste Bearbeitungspr zision und Zerspanungsleistung erreicht.
Axial-Radial- Zylinderrollenlager vom Typ YRTS mit ihrer patentierten Laufbahngeometrie erreichen eine f r vorgespannte Rollenlager unerreicht niedrige Lagerreibung. So erzeugt beispielsweise ein Standard-Rundtischlager mit einem Innendurchmesser von 325mm ein Reibmoment von etwa 90Nm bei 100 U/min. Ersetzt man das Lager durch ein YRTS 325, reduziert sich das Reibmoment auf nur 10Nm! Das bedeutet eine Einsparung von rund 800 Watt bzw. 1000 p.a. bei einem S1-Einsatz von 7/24 Stunden. Anwender profitieren von h herer Fertigungsqualit t aufgrund geringerer W rmedehnungen und sparen Betriebskosten. Sie sind deshalb der Benchmark in Rundtischen mit Drehbearbeitungsoption.
Die ebenfalls direkt anflanschbaren Axial-Schr gkugellager ZKLDF..B sind am Markt f hrend bei Rundtischen mit h chsten Drehzahlanforderungen. Zusammen mit den RKI-Torquemotoren lassen sich damit die Drehzahlgrenzen f r Rundtische deutlich steigern. Werden die Drehzahlgrenzen nicht ausgereizt, profitiert der Anwender von der extrem niedrigen Lagerreibung und dem damit einhergehenden geringeren W rmeeintrag in die Maschinenstruktur. Dadurch wird die Bearbeitungspr zsion positiv beeinflusst.
Technologief hrende Winkelmesssysteme - Absolutes Winkelmesssystem YRTMA serienreif
Will man mit Rundtischen die maximal erreichbare Positioniergenauigkeit erzielen, f hrt kein Weg an der Integration der Ma verk rperung in die Lagerung vorbei: Genau hier ist der System-Nullpunkt , also der Ort, an dem die Verformungen und Auslenkungen aufgrund der Bearbeitungskr fte am kleinsten sind, der Durchmesser f r die Ma verk rperung gro ist und die Ma verk rperung mit Laufbahngenauigkeit ausgef hrt werden kann. Mit der Integration eines unempfindlichen Messsystems in das im Durchmesser verh ltnism ig gro e Lager wird die Teilung des Messsystems bestm glich genutzt. Schaeffler f hrt sowohl magneto-resistive Messsysteme mit abstandskodierten Referenzmarken als auch absolute, induktiv arbeitende Systeme im Programm. Systeme mit Referenzmarken haben den Vorteil, dass die elektrische Schnittstelle 1Vss mit nahezu allen Werkzeugmaschinen blichen Steuerungen kompatibel ist. Das sch tzen vor allem Werkzeugmaschinenbauer, die ihre Maschinen mit einer Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Steuerungen ausr sten m ssen. Bei absoluten Messsystemen entf llt die Referenzfahrt nach dem Einschalten der Maschine. Die Pol-Lage der Torquemotoren ist der Steuerung dadurch ebenfalls sofort bekannt. Nach einem Stromausfall k nnen deshalb auch im Werkst ck befindliche Werkzeuge kontrolliert freigefahren werden.
Das auf der EMO 2013 vorgestellte induktive Absolutwert-Winkelmesssystem YRTMA mit 1-Kopf-Technologie ist nun zur Serienreife gelangt. In der Praxis wurden mit dem neuen 1-Kopf-System Positioniergenauigkeiten von nur 2 Winkelsekunden gemessen. Dieser Wert war bislang weltweit unerreicht und bertraf sogar die eigenen Erwartungen des Unternehmens. Die Leistungsf higkeit konnte in praktischen Rundtisch- und Fr skopf-Anwendungen best tigt werden und hat die Lead-Kunden voll berzeugt. Der zum Patent angemeldete Messkopf ist so gestaltet, dass sich der Messspalt beim Anschrauben des Kopfes an das Lager automatisch einstellt. Eine zus tzliche Justage ist nicht n tig. Besonders servicefreundlich: Der Messkopf ist jederzeit von au en und ohne gro en Aufwand zug nglich. Das System wird mit den blichen Schnittstellen SSI+ 1 Vss, Siemens Drive-CliQ, Fanuc alpha und Heidenhain EnDat2.2 (in Vorbereitung) angeboten.
Vier Torque-Motorserien - Direktantriebsserie RIB erstmals vorgestellt
Die neue Torque-Motorserie RIB wird erstmals auf der EMO 2015 vorgestellt. Dieser Direktantrieb stellt unter dem Aspekt h chste Momente bei geringer Verlustleistung weltweit die Leistungsspitze dar. Seine idealen Einsatzgebiete liegen in Rundtischen, Schwenkachsen f r Rundtischschwingen und Fr sk pfen zum hochdynamischen und kraftvollen Fr sen, Positionieren, Takten und Schwenken. Die zur EMO 2013 vorgestellte Torque-Motorserie RKI ist technologief hrend in der Kombination h chster Momente und h chster Drehzahl bei geringer Verlustleistung. Ideale Einsatzgebiete sind Rundtische mit Drehbearbeitungsoption, z.B. f r die kombinierte Bearbeitung (Fr sen/Drehen/Hartdrehen oder Schleifen). Dieses Produkt bew hrt sich inzwischen erfolgreich am Markt in den Spitzenaggregaten der f hrenden Hersteller.
Die Torque-Motorserie HSRV/SRV steht an der Leistungsspitze im Bereich h chster Drehzahlen und Gleichlaufg te. Diese Antriebe eignen sich hervorragend f r Rundtische mit sehr hohen Drehzahlen (>2.000min-1), Werkzeug- oder Werkst ckspindeln oder als Direktantrieb f r Kugelgewindetriebe in Vorschubachsen.
