Christie has extended its range of phosphorus with the new CP2208-LP laser projectors CP2208-LP meets the DCI standards, is easy to maintain, the same colors as DCI and has a low total cost of operation.
On the occasion of the celebration in Las Vegas of CinemaCon 2016, from 11 to 14 April, Christie He has presented the new CP2208-LP, a film projector digital compatible with JIU that the manufacturer extends its series of phosphorus laser projection systems.
CP2208-LP is a projection of high-value system, meets the DCI standards, is easy to maintain, the same colors DCI and has a low total cost of operation.
This projector, which had its premiere in EMEA in the Munich Filmwoche, assures owners of rooms and cinema chains a native brightness of 11,000 lumens, capacity for 3D, a maintenance virtually zero since it does not require re-lamping, reduced operating cost and a low carbon footprint. Christie IMB-S2, complete with the option of integrated media block even though it also works with other blocks of the popular Series-2. The new projection system ensures great flexibility in content, and can project DCI, alternative, 3D, content or content developed at high frame rate.
Allan Fernandes, Christie product manager, review that "Christie CP2208-LP is an addition to the digital cinema compatible with DCI standards and excellent value for money. It is the perfect solution for independent exhibitors, art and essay of budget rooms, or cinemas located in secluded areas where the maintenance of the lamp can be a problem."
A reliable and easy to use projector
Designed, developed and manufactured by Christie, the new CP2208-LP is easy to operate and very reliable. Able to illuminate screens up to 10.5 metres in width with color DCI, CP2208-LP is compatible with several sources of alternative content through HDMI for DVI dual-ported, projecting on the screen bright and attractive images and content that will of the latest Hollywood blockbuster material locally produced anywhere in the world.
