Arvato Systems helps BELIMO to reach a new, global B2B e-commerce presence

Global Arvato Systems team implements web presence based on SAP Hybris, SAP CPQ, and Magnolia CMS.

Achievement of an important milestone in the Group-wide, digital strategy of BELIMO.

(Arvato Systems) Belimo relies on the IT specialist Arvato Systems for the implementation of their international B2B web shops. The international Swiss group of companies in the field of electric drive solutions in heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology launched the new Swiss main page (www.belimo.com), the new US (www.belimo.us) and the new Canada website (www.belimo.ca).

The go-live of the web shops is a significant milestone in BELIMOs digital strategy: The previously heterogeneous marketing and e-commerce application landscape is being merged into a global, consolidated web presence. BELIMOs goal is to further underscore its position as a provider of innovative and high-quality products with this initiative and provide a clear, consistent and global brand message. BELIMO will thus provide its customers with an integrated, state-of-the-art Digital Customer Journey.

As it turns out, Arvato Systems is the ideal partner for our project. The interdepartmental and international cooperation worked very well on a global level, "said Dieter Mueller, Head of Data Management Division BELIMO AG.

The global Arvato Systems team made this possible with an integrated platform based on Magnolia CMS 5.5, SAP Hybris B2B Accelerator 6.2 and the latest version of SAP CPQ 2.0 (Configure, Price, Quote). Another major task was the implementation of the new design, which was created under overall project management by Arvato Systems. In this way, the new web shops can portray the complex product composition of BELIMO intuitively.
