Pixel OnDemand : Pixel OnDemand delivers Pixel Powers legendary core graphics engine with use-based pricing to suit IPTV, VOD, multiscreen and other content repackaging business practices. Pixel OnDemand puts the graphics engine into an easily deployed software package that runs on standard IT servers to meet the needs of nonlinear, store-and-play content delivery operations such as IPTV channels, video on demand services, mobile content, news operations, and second screen viewing applications.

ASIAN LAUNCH OF PIXEL FACTORY:

Pixel Factory : At Broadcast Asia 2013 leading broadcast graphics specialists Pixel Power will also debut in Asia a new turnkey, server-based implementation of its renowned core graphics engine Pixel Factory. The new system supports file-based operations in broadcast workflows where output quality and process automation are highly valued, but the enhanced hardware demands of live production and playout are not required. Pixel Factory employs the same core graphics software engine common to all Pixel Power hardware systems. Output from Pixel Factory is pixel-for-pixel identical to the output from Pixel Power Clarity , LogoVision , BrandMaster and ChannelMaster systems.

ALSO ON SHOW:

Pixel Power will also be showing ChannelMaster, a family of integrated, scalable channel playout systems that provide a cost-effective, reliable approach to deploying new channels, without compromise. Gallium will also be on show. This is the companys highly integrated, sophisticated and scalable scheduling, asset management and automation system that provides the intelligence to build a variety of playout solutions using Pixel Power output devices. Its ideal for playout facilities that need to implement automated control of the companys transmission devices for graphics or complete channel playout. The latest developments to Clarity will also be highlighted. These include TextFX, which greatly increases the creative scope for text elements. This includes highlights, edge effects and drop shadows with all of those effects able to be animated. Smart Stacks combines multi-layer, multi-timeline pages with the companys automated transition logic (ATL) functionality and existing staking system for playout pages. This is perfect for a production that requires complex 3D graphics with frequent back-to-back graphics events throughout a show.
