
El 5GForum virtual abre registro y publica su agenda Reunir virtualmente el 6 y 7 de mayo a los principales expertos, multinacionales y operadores 5G con la participaci n de empresas como Samsung, Vodafone Business, Cisco, 5Genesis, Intracom Telecom, Huawei, Hispasat, Impulsa Visi n RTVE, Nokia y Axi n.
El 5GForum Virtual reunir los pr ximos 6 y 7 de mayo a los principales expertos, multinacionales y operadores para hacer un repaso de todas las novedades en torno al 5G, compartir opiniones y hacer networking .
Ser una oportunidad nica de conocer los ltimos avances realizados en el mbito del 5G, de la mano de profesionales y grandes compa as como Samsung, Vodafone Business, Cisco, 5Genesis, Intracom Telecom, Huawei, Hispasat, Impulsa Visi n RTVE, Nokia y Axi n, sponsors del evento.
La cancelaci n del Mobile World Congress de Barcelona, y de otras muchas mega-ferias mundiales, ha impedido que haya un lugar de encuentro donde todos los agentes del desarrollo en el mundo del 5G pongan en com n sus experiencias, sus propuestas, sus ideas y sus avances. Y el 5GForum 2020 s lo ser , afirma Ricardo Medina, CEO de Medina Media Events.
Para ello, Medina Media Events, organizadora del evento, ha habilitado una plataforma desde donde los inscritos podr n seguir las sesiones por streaming, adem s de consultar demos y hacer networking, incluso organizar v deo-reuniones con ponentes y asistentes.
El 5GForum cuenta con el apoyo y la participaci n de los principales speakers del Gobierno central y de los organismos europeos. Ser Peter Stuckmann, jefe de unidad de sistemas de conectividad futura en la Comisi n Europea, quien abrir el principal evento de 5G en Espa a, y el primero virtual.
Maite Arcos, la directora general de telecomunicaciones y ordenaci n de los servicios de comunicaci n Audiovisual, tambi n dar la bienvenida a todos los asistentes virtuales al evento.
Federico Ruiz, director del Observatorio Nacional del 5G (ON5G), le seguir con un informe sobre el 5G en un momento tan clave como es el actual.
David Cierco, director general de Red.es, har la introducci n a la participaci n de Vodafone Business que, a trav s del director general de empresas de Vodafone Espa a, Daniel Jim nez, mostrar algunos de los 32 casos pr cticos de uso en los que la operadora est aplicando los beneficios de la tecnolog a 5G en los sectores de energ a, industria, ciudades inteligentes, turismo, agricultura, sanidad y dependencia, seguridad, emergencias y defensa, sociedad y econom a digital.
Otras grandes multinacionales como Cisco, a trav s de Jos ngel L pez Mayoralas, jefe de servicios de validaci n de soluciones, presentar el caso de uso de Rakuten: primera red m vil 5G basada en Software.
Samsung Networks Europe tambi n participar un a o m s. Ser Daniel Borr s, director de M rketing y Desarrollo de Negocio, quien exponga la visi n de la multinacional coreana.
Por su parte Nokia, de la mano de lvaro Villegas, director del Nokia Bell Labs en Espa a, presentar distintos casos de uso del 5G, como un proyecto de telepresencia inmersiva y otro sobre conducci n remota.
Intracom Telecom, tambi n participar en la primera jornada del 5GForum Virtual, y su vicepresidente de ventas en Iberia e Italia, Ercole Rovida, hablar sobre el papel de las mega-tendencias en el futuro del 5G.
Adem s, el proyecto 5Genesis presentar las pruebas m s punteras que han desarrollado, entre las que se encuentran las realizadas con cuerpos de seguridad, como la polic a local de M laga. Ser Pedro Merino, director, y scar Fajardo, CEO de Nemergent Solutions, quienes lo expongan.
Segunda jornada La segunda jornada del 5G Forum Virtual 2020, abrir con Jos Capote, director de soluciones integradas de la Unidad de Negocio de Operadores de Huawei Espa a, que presentar su visi n sobre el 5G y casos de uso. Le seguir n Telef nica, representada por Mercedes Fern ndez, gerente de innovaci n; y Orange, con Luis Delgado, director del Programa 5G.
Hispasat, de la mano de In s Sanz, gerente de ingenier a de Clientes, explicar por qu el sat lite es clave para llevar el 5G a zonas remotas. Por su parte, Axi n har una breve introducci n a los sistemas de cobertura en zonas con alta densidad de usuarios.
Adem s, el proyecto paneuropeo 5G-IA dar una visi n panor mica de las experiencias 5G paneuropeas, representado por uno de sus Board Members, Carles Ant n-Haro.
Uno de los proyectos H2020, Locus, ser presentado por Raquel Barco, vicerrectora del Smart Campus de la Universidad de M laga. Tambi n estar presente la Universidad Polit cnica de Valencia, de la mano de Narc s Cardona, director del i-Team.
La difusi n lineal de contenidos a trav s de redes 5G ser un tema abordado por Impulsa Visi n RTVE, concretamente por Esteban Mayoral, subdirector de gesti n de centro de innovaci n de Impulsa Visi n RTVE, Adolfo Mu oz, director de Redes y Emisi n de RTVE, Mar a del Carmen Aguayo, catedr tica de la Universidad de M laga, y David Jim nez, alumno de la Universidad de M laga.
Tambi n Pere Vila, director de Estrategia Tecnol gica e Innovaci n Digital de RTVE expondr las nuevas actividades de RTVE en el mbito del 5G.
Por parte de la Uni n Europea de Radiodifusi n (UER), con sede en Suiza, participar Elena Puigrefagut, senior project manager de la EBU-UER, para hablar del proyecto 5G Media Action Group (5G-MAG) que recientemente han puesto en marcha las televisiones p blicas europeas.
Antonio Fern ndez-Paniagua, S.G. de Planificaci n y Gesti n del Espectro Radioel ctrico, y el principal experto del Ministerio en tecnolog a 5G, hablar sobre la situaci n del 5G en Espa a y sobre el proceso de liberalizaci n del segundo dividendo digital.
